Sometimes you just can’t say what you want in a phone call. ChatHealth offers text messaging based help with the simple touch of a button.

ChatHealth is available to anyone aged between 11-19 living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

It is a secure and confidential text messaging service where anything you discuss will not be shared.

Young people use the service who may be struggling to cope with issues such as bullying, emotional health, relationship problems, alcohol or drugs.

You can contact ChatHealth, which is run by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Healthy Child Programme, from Monday to Friday between: 9.30am to 4.00pm. All you need to do is TEXT 07480 635 443 to start a conversation.

If you contact ChatHealth out of hours, you will receive a bounce back message explaining where to get help if your question is urgent. It will also let you know when you can expect a response from the team at ChatHealth. Texts are usually replied to within one working day and cost the same as a standard text or will come out of your contract message allowance.

This service is free. Text messages cost the same as a standard text.
