Care Network Cambridgeshire supports adults (18+) and communities to improve health and wellbeing through a person-centred approach that improves confidence and connection.

Care Network provides the following services in South Cambs:

  • Help at Home: practical and emotional support from volunteers to help rebuild confidence and independence, following a hospital stay or difficult period (such as bereavement or ill health).
  • Wellbeing support: strength-based tailored one-to-one support for people feeling low or anxious to help them develop coping strategies, make personal connections, and build resilience.
  • Community Navigators: information and support to access local services and activities to improve personal circumstances and wellbeing.

Care Network is looking for volunteers to join their team to help people living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to remain independent and maintain social connection.
