Play table tennis and watch others too - improve your game whilst making new friends. Suitable for anyone age 10 and over (under 14s must be accompanied by an adult). Brought to you by HI Friends but open to all, not just Histon and Impington residents.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- it is great to exercise outdoors;
- it is an opportunity to meet new people (and perhaps make friends);
- physical wellbeing is important for mental wellbeing.

What to expect
Sessions are held on the table tennis tables outside the Recreation Centre.
You can turn up on your own and play someone else or come as a pair…or if you don’t fancy playing, you can watch.
Wear comfortable clothes and trainers – table tennis can be strenuous!

Minimum age is 10 years old and under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
